The Service provides AI-driven automation for customer support, including email response generation and operational insights based on user data. While we strive to ensure the accuracy of automated responses, we do not guarantee that every generated response will be perfect or suited to every specific scenario. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of responses before sending them.
We may update, modify, or discontinue certain features of the Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.
We offer a 14-day free trial period, during which you can generate up to 500 email responses. After the trial period, you must purchase a licence per seat or opt for a pay-as-you-go plan to continue using the Service.
After the free trial ends, the Service is available on apaid subscription basis, with two pricing options:
Usage fees and plan details will be clearly outlined in your subscription plan and may be subject to change with prior notice.
All payments, including invoicing, billing, and processing, are handled securely through Stripe. We do not store any payment or financial details. By providing your payment information, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service or use it in any way that violates applicable laws. Specifically, you agree to:
All intellectual property related to the Service, including software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, and any generated content, remains the exclusive property of MLytica Ltd. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal or organisational purposes.
Any content you upload or generate via the Service remains your property. However, by using the Service, you grant us a licence to use, reproduce, and display the content for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.
We take the security and privacy of your data seriously. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not store or have access to any payment or financial information, as all payment processing is handled by Stripe.
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Union. You can exercise your data rights by contacting us at contact@mlytica.com.
We strive to maintain high levels of uptime for the Service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may need to perform scheduled maintenance or address unforeseen technical issues that may temporarily affect the availability of the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users of any planned downtime.
We are not responsible for any downtime caused by third-party services such as Stripe, internet outages, or issues beyond our control.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to the use of the Service, both parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in Bulgaria conducted in accordance with the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (or similar local body).
These Terms and any disputes related to the Service will be governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue or profits, data loss, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees)arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any content you provide through the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if we determine you have violated these Terms or if you fail to pay any fees when due.
Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and any data associated with your account. We may, but are not obligated to, retain data for a period following termination.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
All fees are non-refundable, including in the event of account termination. If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact our support team at contact@mlytica.com within 30 days of the charge.
Our Service integrates with third-party services such as Stripe for payment processing. We are not responsible for the performance or reliability of any third-party services, and you are subject to their respective terms and policies.
